Shipping Information:
Numbered products that are displayed are available and ready for shipment within 24 hours of your order.
Unless otherwise indicated, we ship the first pound (generally 2, sometimes 3 amphoras depending on
actual weight) via US Priority Mail for $5 to US addresses only for the fastest service at the best price.
(Priority Mail is not trackable in transit.) All non-US addresses and orders over 1 lb. will be handled
through UPS. If you need to be able to track your parcel, want international delivery, or want faster service,
select UPS as the shipping option for your order. By request, we can also ship via Express Mail, Express
Mail International, and Priority Mail International through the Postal Service. Please email if you prefer one
of those options and we will adjust your shipping charges to reflect the upgraded postal shipping method.
If you selected gift wrapping with an included message and the delivery destination is not the same as
your billing name and address, we will remove the invoice from the parcel and send it separately to the
billing address on your order. You can use the 'comments' section on the order form or email us with
different instructions if you prefer.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Unused products may be returned within 21 days for a full refund. All accessories must be included with
your postage paid package. You may cancel an order up until the time of email notification of shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you may refuse delivery and we will refund your full purchase price upon our
receipt of the unopened returned parcel. Should your order arrive with obvious external damage, please
refuse delivery and email us of the situation. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we can refund your
purchase price or invite you to make another selection. You may select a replacement item of differing
value, in which case we will adjust your charges to reflect the difference.
