"And when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, Take, eat; this is my
body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same
manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the
new testament in my blood: this do, as often as ye drink it, in remembrance of
me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord's
death till he come." (I Cor 11:24-26)
The large cup stands without lid about 31/2" tall and holds roughly 1 oz. The
small cup stands about 1 3/8" tall and holds roughly 1ml. The medium cup
stands about 1 3/4" tall and holds roughly 1 tsp. Cup sizes and amounts held
vary as well as wood coloration and pattern. The cups are finished with food
safe walnut oil and wax, so those with nut allergies, please be aware. Wash
with warm soapy water and wipe dry. Rub the surface inside and out with
cooking oil to preserve the wood. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER.
